The Pinucci e Corri law firm continues the experience of the Neri Pinucci & Associati firm, founded in 2014 following the dissolution of "Il Prato 62", a professional association of absolute excellence and unanimous appreciation not only in the Florentine context.
The Firm presents itself as a collaborative, streamlined, and dynamic reality aimed at enhancing the individual professional skills developed over the years to provide comprehensive and qualified legal assistance to businesses and individuals.
The specialized training acquired, coupled with an awareness of the radical transformation of the lawyer's professional role, has inspired the search for a new form of work organization and collaboration among professionals, where the "artisanal" individuality of the service is combined with teamwork based on the exchange of information and knowledge.
The goal is to provide the client with continuous, timely, and top-level professional assistance in every area of criminal law and at every stage of legal proceedings, without weakening the personal trust relationship that binds every client to their attorney. The Firm presents itself as a legal boutique, dedicated to establishing a genuinely trust-based relationship with the client.
The Firm, strongly believing that the complexity of our legal system requires a high level of specialization, exclusively deals with criminal law disciplines, representing clients before both lower and higher courts. Additionally, it handles the preparation of individual appeals against the Italian state for violations of rights guaranteed by the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) and does not overlook non-litigation activities (opinions, consultations, etc.). Furthermore, the Firm, when necessary, makes use of the assistance of expert technical consultants and the often-indispensable tool of defensive investigations.
